2. Products and Services

  • 2.1. Nature of Products: The products available in the webshop are virtual goods (e.g., ranks, items, virtual currency) or services (e.g., VIP membership, exclusive access) intended to enhance the gameplay experience on the StoneWallMC Minecraft server. These products do not confer any rights to the Minecraft game itself or any other intellectual property owned by Mojang Studios.
  • 2.2. Product Descriptions: Product descriptions aim to be as accurate as possible. The Service Provider does not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free or entirely complete.
  • 2.3. Prices: All prices are indicated in Euro (EUR) and include any applicable taxes. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices. Price changes are effective from the time of modification and do not affect orders already placed.

3. Purchase and Payment

  • 3.1. Ordering Process: The Customer can select the desired product(s) in the webshop, add them to their cart, and finalize the order by initiating the payment process.
  • 3.2. Payment Methods: The webshop offers the following payment methods: PayPal. Payment processing occurs through external service providers (e.g., banks, payment gateways). The Service Provider does not store the Customer's financial data.
  • 3.3. Successful Payment: Upon successful payment, the purchased product will be automatically credited to the Customer's in-game account, or delivered by other means specified by the Service Provider (e.g., a code sent via email).

4. Refunds and Complaints

  • 4.1. Nature of Virtual Products: Due to their nature, virtual products sold in the webshop are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By activating or using the products, the Customer forfeits their right of withdrawal.
  • 4.2. Defective Performance: If the purchased product is not credited or functions incorrectly, the Customer is entitled to submit a complaint to the Service Provider within 2-3 business days from the purchase date, by contacting

  • 4.3. Complaint Handling: The Service Provider will investigate all received complaints as soon as possible, but no later than 3-5 business days. In the case of a justified complaint, the Service Provider will endeavor to remedy the error or, if this is not possible, offer a refund of the purchase price.

    • Problems arising from inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the Customer.
    • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to the Customer's account by third parties.
    • Damages resulting from temporary unavailability or shutdown of the Minecraft game or server.
    • The loss of purchased products in the event of account suspension or ban due to the Customer's violation of server rules.

5. Data Protection

  • 5.1. Processing of Personal Data: The Service Provider processes personal data provided by Customers (e.g., username, email address) in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

6. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • 6.1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These ToS are governed by Hungarian law. The parties shall primarily attempt to resolve any disputes arising from these ToS amicably through negotiation. If this is unsuccessful, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office.
  • 6.2. Serious Breach of Contract: The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban a Customer's account without prior notice if the Customer seriously violates the server's rules or these ToS. In such cases, no refund will be issued for purchased products.
  • 6.3. Severability: If any provision of these ToS is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these ToS.
